Toni has a proven track record for achieving measurable outcomes and enhancing operational performance, particularly in complex, regulated industries.

She has successfully orchestrated organizational transformations, enhanced operational performance, and led enterprise system implementations during her 18 years in strategy, program management, supply chain, and operations.

Toni brings her passion for leading transformative and operational change through effective communication, collaboration, and delivering hands-on leadership. She believes that business success is a function of strong execution in the simple things such as communication, a command of the information, and maintaining focus. 

In her spare time, Toni enjoys hiking, gardening and gaming with her kids.
